Project Manager / Executive Assistant for Sales Funnel Marketing Agency (Immediate Start)

We are a marketing agency specializing in sales funnels and Meta Advertising. We’re looking for the best of the best. A rockstar Project Manager to join our team and help manage our performance-driven sales funnel marketing services.

About the Role
Your primary role will be to assist in managing client projects, ensuring all tasks are completed smoothly and timelines are met. While you won’t be executing the technical aspects of funnel creation, it’s essential that you understand each element well enough to oversee progress, manage communications with the team and clients, and maintain overall project flow. Our current manager has moved on, so we need someone who can start immediately and quickly get up to speed.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Oversee funnel builds, ensuring all stages from strategy development to implementation stay on schedule.
• Client Communication: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and gathering their feedback.
• Task Management: Assign tasks to specialists (copywriters, designers, developers, etc.) and track progress using our project management system, Upgrade to see actual info.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables are on-brand and meet our high-quality standards.
• Schedule & Timeline Management: Keep projects on track, anticipating delays and adjusting timelines when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain project records, ensure everything is well-documented, and report back to agency owners.

Skills & Requirements

• Full understanding of sales funnel components, including funnel strategy, A/B testing, lead nurturing automations, and email/SMS campaigns.
• Experience using Upgrade to see actual info or a similar project management tool.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Fluent in English, with perfect comprehension and speaking skills (accents are not an issue).
• Highly presentable on Zoom and available for video meetings with the team and clients.
• Experience with sales funnels, marketing automations, CRM integrations, and online advertising is a big plus.
