Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant

About the Role
Happy Home Roofing & Construction is a growing, family-run roofing and construction company based in Midland, TX. We're looking for a reliable, all-around Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and daily operations. This is a full-time remote position for someone who can wear multiple hats, stay organized, and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities
Video Editing

Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Turn job-site and before/after footage into polished, branded content
Add captions, music, graphics, and on-brand styling
Marketing & Ad Management

Manage and schedule social media posts across all platforms
Set up, run, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads
Monitor ad performance and report on results
Data Entry & Administration

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and spreadsheets
Track leads, claims, and project information
Organize files and customer data; pull basic reports as needed
Business Development

Follow up with leads and help move them through the sales pipeline
Research new business opportunities and partnerships
Support outreach and customer communication
Requirements
Proven video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) — portfolio/samples required
Experience managing social media and paid ads (Facebook & Google)
Fast, accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote environment
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Available during U.S. business hours (Central Time)
