About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support daily operations, marketing initiatives, CRM management, and sales coordination in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, marketing, or executive support roles, with strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Canva, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in real estate and familiarity with marketing and lead management processes are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team workflow.
- Support marketing efforts: create visual content (graphics, infographics, short videos) using Canva and track performance.
- Conduct web research, compile insights, and identify new market opportunities.
- Manage the CRM system: upload and organize leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead tracking and follow-ups are clear.
- Coordinate with the sales department on scheduling and preparation for weekend open houses.
- Use Excel for data organization, formatting, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, executive assistant, operations, or marketing roles.
- Background in real estate or marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
- Strong communication, learning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for content creation.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong academic performance; graduates from reputable universities in the Philippines (UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST, etc.) highly preferred, though exceptional candidates from other institutions are also welcome.

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $650 – $1,000/month. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
