JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company seeking a Marketing Operations & Systems Manager to oversee the technology, marketing systems, lead flow, reporting, and CRM infrastructure that drives our acquisitions business.

This role owns the operational side of lead generation and seller acquisition, including Salesforce (Left Main), direct mail campaigns, PPC lead management, dialers, reporting, automations, and vendor coordination.

This is NOT a social media role, executive assistant position, customer service role, or general virtual assistant job.

We are looking for someone who enjoys owning systems, managing technology, solving problems, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that marketing and lead flow operations run smoothly without constant supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Lead Flow

Manage the systems and processes supporting direct-to-seller marketing campaigns
Monitor and maintain lead flow from marketing sources into Salesforce (Left Main)
Coordinate with marketing vendors and internal tea ---------- mbers
Monitor lead routing, pipeline health, and conversion tracking
Identify bottlenecks, errors, or inefficiencies and drive solutions

CRM Management (Salesforce / Left Main)

Administer and maintain Salesforce (Left Main) CRM
Manage lead routing, opportunity stages, workflows, automations, and reporting
Maintain CRM data quality and consistency
Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports
Coordinate with Salesforce and Left Main support resources when advanced assistance is required
Document systems and workflows to reduce dependency on any one person

Technology & Communication Systems

Manage and support systems such as:

Salesforce (Left Main)
ReadyMode
SmrtPhone
RingCentral
ActiveCampaign
Zapier
Google Workspace
Other marketing and communication platforms

Direct Mail & Marketing Coordination

Coordinate direct mail campaigns
Assist with PPC lead management and tracking
Monitor campaign performance and lead sources
Coordinate list management and marketing data
Ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule

Vendor & Team Coordination

Coordinate with virtual assistants, cold callers, and vendors
Assist with onboarding and system training
Ensure tea ---------- mbers are properly utilizing company systems
Track projects and system-related tasks through completion

Required Qualifications

Strong CRM management experience
Experience managing business systems and software platforms
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant oversight

Strongly Preferred Experience

Salesforce CRM administration
Salesforce (Left Main)
Real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, brokerage, or property management experience
Lead generation and marketing operations
Workflow automation
Virtual team management

Direct experience with every platform is NOT required. However, candidates must demonstrate strong systems management skills and the ability to learn and administer new software quickly.

Compensation

Full-Time (40 hours per week)
$8-$12 USD per hour depending on experience and qualifications
