* Marketing operations
* Marketing automation
* HubSpot CRM workflows
* Performance marketing coordination
* Lead generation and funnel optimization
* Managing contractors and marketing processes
* Ensuring campaigns launch on time and marketing systems scale efficiently
* Building systems, optimizing funnels, and managing marketing workflows


Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with hands-on B2B SaaS marketing operations experience.
Required:
• 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing or marketing operations?• Strong HubSpot CRM and marketing automation experience?• Experience managing HubSpot workflows and lead nurturing?• Experience with Google Ads campaign optimization?• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads and ---------- Ads?• Experience with email marketing and lead generation funnels?• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and attribution tracking?• Experience managing contractors or remote teams?• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing?• Strong English communication and copywriting skills?• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
