???? We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Client Support (Remote)
Are you a creative, tech-savvy professional with a passion for marketing and helping businesses grow? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support a fast-growing insurance and financial advisory business.

???? What You’ll Do
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Run paid ads on Facebook and Google. Use email marketing tools to drive engagement.

Lead Generation: Create strategies and content that bring qualified prospects to our website.

Content Creation: Draft blogs, emails, and social posts using AI tools. Create short-form video content (Instagram, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Website Management: Update WordPress website (Astra theme) and landing pages.

Automation & AI: Set up simple automations and use AI tools to streamline workflows.

CRM Support & Scheduling: Keep client info organized, follow up on tasks, and manage appointment calendars.

???? What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a VA or digital marketer (preferably in financial services or real estate).

Strong skills in Facebook/Google Ads, SEO basics, and WordPress.

Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai.

Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express).

Reliable, self-starter, fluent in English.

WordPress (Astra Theme + Starter Templates)

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

Canva, CapCut

Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign

ChatGPT or Jasper

Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace

Competitive pay based on experience ($4–$8/hour or project-based)

Flexible hours (10–20 hours/week to start)

Must be responsive during Eastern Time business hours (Tampa-based)
