About Us
Slimeatory is a fast-growing creative brank known for our handcrafted slime products, interactive retail experiences, and strong digital presence. With a highly engaged audience and in-store traffic, we focus on creating fun, high-converting customer experiences both online and offline.

Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant focus on real campaign execution - not just how to drive traffic , generate sales, and run effective advertising campaigns for a physical store.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and local marketing strategies that bring customers into the store and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution (Core Focus)
• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (traffic, conversions, retargeting)
• Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Local Campaigns)
• Create and test different campaign strategies to drive in-store visits and sales
• Monitor ad performance and continuously optimize

Customer Acquisition & Growth
• Develop strategies to attract new customers to the Physical Store
• Execute local marketing campaigns
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns for past visitors and customers

In-Store Marketing Strategy
• Find creative ways to market products inside the store
• Improve customer experience to increase conversion and repeat visits
• Work with the team to align promotions with store traffic trends

Analytic & Optimization
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them
• Research competitors and test new advertising approaches

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of experience running paid ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
• Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, or sales through ads
• Experience with data analysis and performance tracking
• Ability to work independently and execute without constant supervision

What we're NOT Looking For
• Just social media posting or content scheduling
• Basic graphic design only
• "I can post on Instagram and Facebook" type experience

Bonus Skills
• Experience with local/store-based marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion tracking
• Experience scaling successful campaigns
• Understanding of customer behavior in retail environments

Who This Role is For
• Someone who knows how to answer:
"How do we get more people into the store and create sales?"
Not someone who just posts content - but someone who can build, tests, and scale campaigns that actually drive results.

If you have real experience running campaigns and can prove results, we'd love to hear from you.
