Make.com Automations Engineer

???? WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will own the entire automation layer of our operations, including but not limited to:

1. Build, test, and maintain ---------- scenarios
• Set up webhook ? action flows
• Build multi-step logic (filters, routers, formatting)
• Maintain clean, readable modules
• Prevent infinite loops / runaway triggers

2. Implement onboarding + syncing automations
• Sync Superbase ? Beehiiv
• Handle dual-role user logic
• Automate vendor payment ? status ? onboarding flows
• Build activation link logic (isActive = true)

3. Handle data normalization + transformation
• Clean dropdown fields, arrays, JSON, and enums
• Map Typeform data to Superbase fields
• Transform Superbase events into Beehiiv tags

4. Build Stripe-driven workflows
• Payment success ? update vendor status
• Subscription cancel/lapse ? update status + email
• Plan upgrades/downgrades

5. Create automation logs + error handling
• Build Slack alerts when something breaks
• Add safety checks to prevent double writes
• Track failed syncs

6. Collaborate with engineering
• Ensure automations match product logic
• Align triggers with frontend behavior
• Help define what should be automated vs. productized

You must:

We mean this literally — small flows should take 1–3 hours, not days.

?? Think like an engineer, build like a no-code master

You should understand how data wants to move, not just how to drag modules.

?? Communicate clearly

We need someone who documents what they build, sends quick Looms, and flags dependencies early.

?? Be comfortable with ambiguity

This is a startup. Specs evolve. Context shifts. You should thrive in that.

If a scenario breaks, you fix it.
If a field doesn’t exist, you ask for it.
If something is unclear, you propose the logic.
