About the Role
We're a U.S.-based short-term rental property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to keep our properties running smoothly. You'll be the central point of contact for cleaning and maintenance operations across our portfolio — coordinating vendors, managing schedules, tracking work, and making sure every property stays guest-ready.
This is a detail-oriented, highly organized role. If you take pride in nothing falling through the cracks, you'll fit in well.
What You'll Do
-Coordinate and schedule cleanings, maintenance, and regular property inspections
-Manage cleaner payments and verify completed work (including reviewing cleaner photos for quality)
-Source and compare quotes for maintenance jobs and cleaning services
-Build and maintain a vendor relationship database
-Keep our maintenance tracker updated and accurate
-Identify and recommend property improvements
-Communicate with vendors, cleaners, and the internal team to resolve issues quickly
Requirements
-Proven experience in maintenance coordination (required)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
-Excellent written English and clear communication
-Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple moving parts
Preferred (a Big Plus)
Experience coordinating maintenance for short-term rentals / Airbnb properties
