Job Summary:
As a Mailing Data Programmer, you'll be an integral part of our team, shaping new products and processes using variable data print technology. You will play a pivotal role in generating and programming customer data files for direct mailing campaigns. Your experience in digital print, fonts, colors, images, and variable data will enable you to create high-volume PDF output files for print with precision and quality. Responsibilities:
•Data Mastermind – Prepare and manage data for personalized direct mail campaigns, ensuring compliance with USPS standards, data conversion, CASS certification, NCOA, merge/purge, and USPS presorting specifications.
•Creative Wizard – Utilize your artistic flair and technical skills in software tools like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Fusion Pro, and XMPie to craft captivating variable data print files, including barcode labels and tags.
•Collaboration Extraordinaire – Collaborate with stakeholders to set up new customer products, offering valuable insights and best practices for outstanding results.
•Problem-Solver – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to direct mail campaigns, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
•Data Dynamo – Strong data management skills, with the ability to process variable data files and create output PDFs for print that meet USPS standards.
•Digital Print Savvy – Some experience in digital print, with proficiency in Variable Data Print (VDP) system solutions such as XMPie, InDesign, Fusion Pro, or equivalent software.
•Adobe Aficionado – Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, using them to transform ideas into visually captivating print files.
•Scripting Marvel – Experience with Javascript or similar scripting languages is a bonus, adding an extra layer of magic to your variable data expertise.
•Creative Problem-Solver – Detail-oriented and resourceful, you thrive on finding solutions to complex variable data challenges.
