Full-Time Microsoft Power Platform & Data Developer
TCH Industries — Northeast Ohio, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Dedicated (40 hrs/week)

THE MISSION
We are building a full data and AI enablement layer across the entire business. Every functional area will eventually be touched by this work:
• Sales and quoting
• Finance and reporting
• Operations and production scheduling
• Quality and ISO 9001
• HR
• EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
• Safety and compliance
You will work directly with the CEO, other AI professionals, and leadership team to design and build the systems that make this possible. The work is structured in phases, starting with the Microsoft Power Platform stack and expanding from there.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
In the near term, your work will center on:
Copilot Studio Agent Architecture
• Agents designed and created for all workflows that can benefit from AI
• Agent knowledge bases built on SharePoint Lists and document libraries
• Integration of SQL data exports as structured knowledge sources for agents
Power Automate
• Workflow automations connecting our ERP (TRULINX/SQL) to Microsoft 365 tools
• Document processing flows, notification systems, and approval workflows
• Microsoft Forms to Planner ticketing and task management flows
SharePoint Online / Microsoft Lists
• Structured list and library architecture to support agent knowledge retrieval
• Organized document repositories by function (Sales, Quality, ISO, EOS, Finance, etc.)
SQL & Power BI
• Connecting SQL data exports to Power Platform and Power BI
• Executive Dashboard - Building operational and financial dashboards for leadership
• Supporting a financial intelligence layer that enables natural language querying of business data
Power Apps
• Internal-facing apps for production, quality, scheduling, and operational workflows as the roadmap develops
• VMI and CRM apps to capture information on site with the customer

REQUIRED SKILLS
You must have real, demonstrable experience with the following — not just familiarity:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio — agent building, knowledge sources, topic design, orchestration
• Microsoft Power Automate — cloud flows, HTTP/API calls, connectors
• SharePoint Online / Microsoft Lists — list architecture, library design, Power Platform integration
• SQL — reading, querying, and connecting data to Power Platform
• Power BI — dashboard and report building
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem — Teams, Forms, Planner, OneDrive
• Microsoft Power Apps — Canvas apps for data entry and query
• Strong written and spoken English

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
List all certifications you hold. Strong preference for candidates with one or more of the following:
• PL-100 — Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
• PL-200 — Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• PL-400 — Microsoft Power Platform Developer
• PL-600 — Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
• DP-900 or DP-300 — Data Fundamentals or Database Administration
Certifications matter to us, but a strong portfolio of real shipped work can substitute. Be specific about what you have built.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PERSON
• Able to work 8:00 to 4:30 EST
• You can take direction, ask smart questions, and execute without constant supervision
• You are honest about gaps and resourceful enough to close them
• You want to grow with a company long-term, not just complete a project
• You take pride in your work
