META Creative Strategist – Performance Ads (E-commerce)
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to take ownership of the creative direction and testing strategy for our e-commerce

What You Will Do
- Analyze ad performance and identify winning hooks, angles, formats, and patterns
- Break down winning creatives into clear, repeatable insights
- Write clear and actionable creative briefs for static and video editors

Build structured testing plans
(what to test next, in what order, and why)
- Research competitors using
- Work closely with editors to improve creative focus and efficiency
- Reduce wasted testing by making better creative decisions
Who This Role Is For
- You have experience with Meta ads for e-commerce or dropshipping
- You understand hooks, angles, offers, formats, and conversion psychology
- You can clearly explain why an ad works or doesn’t work
- You are structured, analytical, and decisive
- You are comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You only want to give suggestions without accountability
- You avoid decision-making
- You are looking for a junior or support role
Salary & Bonus
Base Salary:
$1,100 – $1,500 USD per month (full-time), depending on experience
Performance Bonus:
On top of the base salary, we offer a performance-based bonus, based on:
Winning angles or concepts that are launched and reused
Improvement in creative quality and testing efficiency
Overall contribution to creative performance
Bonuses are based on consistent impact, not on a single ad’s ROAS.
