JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly competent MEPF Engineer to support our residential and commercial building projects. This role requires strong technical capability across HVAC, fire protection, fire alarm & detection, plumbing/water supply, and electrical systems, with the ability to produce complete design packages and engineering documentation.
We work on premium international projects and require someone who can deliver clean, accurate, and code?compliant MEPF designs.

Key Responsibilities
HVAC System Design
- Design air?conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting plans, equipment schedules, and load calculations
- Select equipment based on performance, efficiency, and project requirements

Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Systems
- Design fire sprinkler and standpipe systems
- Prepare fire alarm and detection layouts
- Size pipes, pumps, and system components
- Ensure compliance with NFPA and related standards

Plumbing & Water Supply Systems
- Design water supply, distribution, and pump systems
- Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, and fixture schedules
- Develop drainage and venting layouts

Electrical System Design
- Prepare electrical layouts for lighting, power, and auxiliary systems
- Develop one?line diagrams, load analysis, panel schedules, and circuiting
- Coordinate electrical design with mechanical and architectural requirements

Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare complete MEPF drawing sets
- Produce engineering design reports and calculation packages
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
- Revise designs based on feedback and project updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 3–5 years experience in MEPF design for buildings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design tools
- Familiarity with NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, and other international standards
- Ability to produce clean, organized MEPF documentation
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
