Looking for a Creative & Admin (Shopify, AI Content, & Light Design)

We are a creative, fast-growing e-commerce company with a passion for delivering fun and unique greeting cards to our customers. We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.

We need someone diligent who can get the job done while communicating clearly. We value your input; if you have ideas or suggestions to improve our card concepts or store efficiency, we want to hear them. As a collaborative team, we are looking for a dedicated team player.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Fluent written and verbal English skills. You must be able to understand humor, idioms, and communicate clearly to help generate our greeting card covers.

Experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally with some exposure to e-commerce admin or light design. Highly specialized skills are not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Familiarity with using AI tools to generate clever, catchy text and concepts. Having your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription is useful, but not required.

Basic photo editing skills (such as Canva and Photoshop) for tasks like resizing, cropping, text placement, and minor touch-ups.

Familiarity with Shopify. You will assist with general store maintenance, updating product listings, and day-to-day backend administrative tasks.

High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. We need someone who consistently double-checks their work.

Proactive and self-motivated. You must be able to manage your time and complete tasks without constant supervision.

A reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

What We Offer:

Rate: $3.50 USD per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible hours aligned with UK time. As long as the work is completed, we are flexible with your schedule. We will have brief check-in calls every day or two.

Payment: Paid bi-weekly in arrears via Wise.
