Looking For An Exceptional Person For Customer Service Manager Position [Full Time]

My name is Itamar I live in Thailand and I run an ecommerce company. We run multiple online stores selling different types of products on shopify and Amazon. I'm looking for an exceptional individual who is highly experienced in customer service by email, chat support and social media interactions / managing pages on Facebook. We're looking someone for long term, this is a full time, 40 hours a week, long term job.

Who You Are:

Adaptable, passionate about execution and hungry to help your company grow and the customers happy, who is eager to make things rolling, team player with no ego, with great communications with customers and ability solve problems. Very organized, even-tempered, respectful, and willing to be able to communicate with other super talented people. You must be a FLUENT English speaker and writer, and to be well organized and excellent in excel and documentation.

The Task At Hand:

- Providing customer support by email/chat/voicemail for couple of shopify stores.
- Manage our fan pages on Facebook which include: reply on comment, socialize with customers, answer private messages, remove bad content from the page and manage it.
- Schedule new engaging content on the pages (tutorials will be provided)


The ideal candidate have to be:

- A 1-3 years experienced in customer service
- A 1-3 years experienced with social media especially Facebook pages.
- A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existed team.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Well organized.
- Dependent person, can work and solve problems himself.
- Curious person, always eager to learn and improve himself and the process more.
- Good personality and top notch communication skills.
- Managed other people in the past - big advantage
- Managed Facebook pages in the past - big advantage.

About the job:

- Salary will start at $400/month for full time (40 hours a month - Monday to Friday)
- Bonuses for good performance.
- Salary will increases when decided to work long term together.
- Payment will be sent weekly via Paypal.
- There will be 13th month pay, sick and vacation days will be paid.
- The position is GOAL oriented more than time oriented, there will be weekly and monthly goals to achieve in order to maintain the position.
