Long-form Youtube Video Editor

We’re looking for a skilled long-form YouTube video editor to create faceless, story-driven videos (10–40 minutes) in niches like true crime, survival stories, historical events, and historical horror.

This role requires strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design. You’ll turn scripts into engaging visual narratives using stock footage, images, music, and subtle effects. Retention and flow matter more than flashy edits.

Requirements

-Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos

-Experience with faceless storytelling content

-Strong sense of pacing and narrative structure

-Comfortable sourcing stock footage and sound design

-Nice to Have

-True crime or documentary editing experience

-Understanding of YouTube retention

-Experience with narrated or AI voiceover content
