JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I’m Cooper — owner of a growing solar and electrical company in Australia.
We install high-quality solar systems and batteries for residential and commercial clients, and we’re building a premium, professional brand (not a cheap solar company).

I’m looking for a reliable long-term Virtual Assistant to become the right-hand person in the business.

This is not a short-term gig.
If you perform well, you’ll grow into a senior role with more responsibility, higher pay, and long-term stability.

?

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Managing inbox (email + messages)
• Responding to client enquiries professionally
• Sending quotes and following up with leads
• Booking jobs and managing the schedule
• Updating CRM and job records
• Creating invoices and uploading receipts (Xero)
• Organising files and documents
• Posting job photos and updates on social media
• Keeping systems clean and organised
• Helping improve processes over time

You don’t need solar experience.
You do need strong English, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

?

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:
• Is highly organised
• Communicates clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Takes initiative without being micromanaged
• Enjoys making systems better
• Wants a long-term role, not short gigs
• Treats the business like their own

?

This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You disappear when things get busy
• You need constant supervision
• You hate responsibility
• You struggle with detail
• You’re applying for 100 jobs per day with copy/paste proposals

?

To Apply (IMPORTANT – read carefully):

Applicants who do not follow these instructions will be ignored.

Please include in your application:
1. Your favourite colour (to show you read this)
2. A short intro about you and your experience
3. Your internet speed
4. Your current work setup (laptop, headset, etc.)
5. A Loom video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself in English
6. Your expected hourly rate
7. Why you want a long-term role (not freelance)

We are looking for someone who wants stability, growth, and ownership.
