Overview:
BusinessFactory.ai is building an AI-powered automation system for local UK businesses. We’re hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant experienced in ---------- (Integromat) to implement, maintain, and optimise automation scenarios across our AI stack — ChatGPT Business, Google Workspace, and Notion.
You’ll receive ready-made ---------- blueprints, deploy them, test for reliability, and document the process clearly.

Responsibilities:
• Implement ---------- scenarios from provided JSON files or diagrams
• Test, debug, and optimise automations before release
• Connect Notion, Gmail, Google Sheets, ChatGPT Business, and other tools
• Monitor logs, fix failed runs, and keep SOPs updated in Notion
• Support ongoing roll-outs across regional hubs (Byker, Jesmond, Heaton, Tynemouth, etc.)

Requirements:
• Proven ---------- experience (routers, arrays, filters, webhooks, HTTP/JSON)
• Confident with Notion + Google Workspace
• Fluent English and clear written communication
• Reliable, structured, and detail-focused
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills:
• Integrating ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini into Make flows
• API key management and optimisation for cost/performance
• Familiarity with Voiceflow or ElevenLabs
• Experience documenting or improving LLM-based processes

What You’ll Get:

Schedule:
