Videos are typically around **10–25 minutes long** and require strong pacing, visual sourcing, and close synchronization of visuals with narration.

This is **calm, structured documentary editing** — not flashy YouTube effects.

## Requirements

* Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
* Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (20+ minutes)
* Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
* Comfortable following clear visual guidelines
* Reliable communication and ability to apply feedback accurately

## What You'll Do

* Edit 10–25 minute disaster documentary videos
* Work from completed voiceovers
* Source and organize real footage, images, and supporting visuals
* Incorporate AI-generated visuals when needed
* Follow channel style and visual rules
* Apply revisions and feedback precisely
