Long-Form Video Editor

I run a company that helps online coaches and info businesses grow and scale. We produce a lot of sales video content and I need a dedicated long-form editor to own it.

I already have a short-form editor. This role is strictly long-form. Think VSLs, pre-call videos, sales assets, and long-form YouTube. I need clean, high-retention edits that follow a script and match a reference, not heavy caption-stacked short-form style.

What you'll be doing:
Editing long-form sales assets, starting with VSLs and pre-call videos
Following the scripts I provide exactly
Matching a reference video for style, pacing, and feel
Keeping captions minimal and clean, the way the reference is cut, not captions on every word
B-roll, animations, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals (Higgsfield) where they add to the edit, clean cuts, tight pacing that holds attention
Ongoing long-form edits for my brand and client sales assets once you're in


Who I'm looking for:
Strong long-form editing experience (VSLs, sales videos, long-form YouTube)
Can match a reference video and follow a script without needing hand-holding
Clean, minimal-caption editing style, not the over-edited TikTok look
Good sense of pacing and retention editing
Comfortable in Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or CapCut (whatever you do your best work in)
Knows how to use Higgsfield and can build in animations, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals where they fit
Reliable, communicates clearly, hits deadlines

Edit the VSL to match the reference. Keep the captions minimal and clean like the reference, that's the style I want. Follow the script.

It's paid. Once your edit is good enough for me to actually use, you get paid for it.

When you submit, include:
Your finished VSL edit
1 to 2 of your best long-form edits so I can see your range
The software you edit in, your turnaround time on a 6 to 8 minute video, and your per-video rate or your monthly desired pay

Submissions without a finished trial edit get skipped.
