Monday – Sunday

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics Operations Administrator to support our daily logistics operations remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, coordinating with drivers and subcontractors, responding to delivery-related enquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative tasks related to logistics and delivery operations.
Maintain constant communication with drivers, walkers, and subcontractors to monitor delivery progress.
Liaise with clients and resolve delivery-related enquiries in a timely manner.
Track delivery statuses and update internal records and reports.
Investigate and follow up on delivery exceptions, failed deliveries, missing parcels, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service levels are met.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor operational WhatsApp groups and respond to urgent matters promptly.
Assist in scheduling manpower and coordinating delivery resources when required.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of operational systems.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office applications.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or customer service operations is preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop required.
