SEO Website Builder / Local Lead Generation Manager

About Us

We are an SEO agency that helps small construction and home service businesses generate leads through high-performing websites and local SEO.

We are seeking an experienced SEO professional who can train and mentor beginners, work independently without constant guidance, and take full ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Train and guide beginners with little or no SEO experience
Build and optimize WordPress/Elementor websites
Replicate and customize provided website templates
Conduct competitor and market research
Develop SEO and local lead generation strategies
Manage large-scale website production
Provide strategic recommendations and solve problems independently

Requirements

Proven ability to train and mentor beginners
Strong WordPress & Elementor skills
Proven Local SEO experience
Competitor analysis and market research
Experience ranking local service websites
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
Available to work U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Preferred

Experience working with construction and home service businesses

Additional Information

Website templates and sample websites will be provided
The candidate should be able to replicate, customize, and optimize websites of similar quality using WordPress and Elementor
