LOAN PROCESSOR (REMOTE)

Job Alert: Loan Processor / Loan Processor Assistant – Remote (U.S. Investment Loans)

We are hiring an experienced Loan Processor ONLY to support our U.S.-based real estate lending operation.
This is not an entry-level role. Hands-on loan processing experience is required.




POSITION DETAILS

Title: Loan Processor / Loan Processor Assistant
Type: Start as Part-Time with option to move to Full-Time
Location: Remote
Hours: U.S. business hours (EST / PST)
Start: ASAP




RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, review, and organize borrower documents (IDs, bank statements, proof of funds, insurance, HOA, operating agreements, etc.)
• Open, manage, and track loan files from application to closing
• Communicate with lenders, brokers, title companies, appraisers, and borrowers
• Track lender conditions and ensure files are complete and lender-ready
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, status updates, and follow-ups
• Support DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Refinance, Foreign National, and Non-QM loans
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time closings




REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), or Processor Assistant
• Direct experience with investment property loans (DSCR / Non-QM)
• Proven experience working inside a Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Strong understanding of the loan process from application through closing
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage files independently
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Foreign National loan experience is a strong plus

Applicants without prior loan processing experience will not be considered
