Live Stream Talent Recruiter

We are looking for 4 highly motivated recruiters from the Philippines to help grow our live streaming agency.

This role is only for people who are **100% comfortable with live streaming platforms and confident reaching out to new creators every day.** You must be comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, and convincing potential streamers to join our agency.

**Location:** Remote (Philippines)
**Hours:** Part-Time
**Pay:** $3 per hour + Bonuses

### Responsibilities

* Find potential streamers on TikTok, Instagram, Bigo, Twitch, and other social platforms
* Message and engage with new creators daily
* Explain our agency opportunity and answer questions
* Guide interested streamers through the onboarding process
* Follow up with recruits and track progress

### Requirements

* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable with live streaming platforms and creator culture
* Confident reaching out to strangers online every day
* Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
* Able to handle high-volume outreach

### Bonuses

* $3 for each new recruit passed the 8 each month
