Linkedin/Upwork Lead Generation

This is a startup engineering consulting firm, I currently have no clients. I am a full time senior engineer based in US, Central Standard Time. I will need help with a few things from an office admin. If we talk and I think there's potential, the first week will be a trial amount (you will be compensated/paid even if we don't work out). VERY IMPORTANT NOTES (#3 most important) AT THE END! I will list out everything I need help with:

1) LinkedIn Lead Generation
I really have 0 experience with this. I made a company page, and connected it to Zoho Social, but I don't have any experience with lead generation or making the company page look professional.

2) Upwork (less important)
I heard from other people that Upwork is a good place to find clients. I made a profile, and need help applying to possible jobs. I really have 0 experience with this and need help.

Notes:
1: I DON'T CARE if you have another job. You can work other jobs, that is okay.
2: You can work on your time, not USA time. That is okay.
3: There are no customers right now, I want to set this up over time. No pressure, no rush, this is supposed to be slow and fun! I am a normal dude, very flirty (if you don't like that, you should not apply). I'm going to flirt a LOT, do NOT apply if you're not ok with this. I don't want anyone who doesn't want this.
