LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant (Using Internal CRM + GoLogin Profiles)
Job Overview
We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant to support daily prospecting for a UK-based lead generation company called Platinum Prospects.
You will use our proprietary outreach CRM system together with GoLogin browser profiles to manage LinkedIn outreach activity in a structured and professional way.
All outreach is manual.
You will follow a defined workflow and use prepared message templates.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in LinkedIn outreach, CRM workflows, or lead generation support.

We use our own internal CRM-style outreach system, combined with structured daily workflows.
Systems You Will Use
You will be working inside:
Our Platinum Prospects Outreach OS (internal CRM system)
GoLogin browser profiles (secure LinkedIn sessions)
LinkedIn (manual outreach)
Google Sheets / CSV files
Basic internal messaging tools
Training will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Your role is structured and process-driven.
You will not be guessing what to do.
1 — Daily LinkedIn Outreach
Using GoLogin profiles:
Open assigned LinkedIn profile
Send connection requests manually
Send follow-up messages
Copy messages from our system
Maintain consistent daily activity
Follow pacing instructions
Typical daily volume:
50–100 connection requests
30–60 follow-ups
2 — Work From Daily Task Queue
Inside our system, you will:
Open the Daily Queue
Process assigned tasks
Send connection requests
Send follow-ups
Mark tasks complete
Move leads through stages
Everything is tracked.
3 — Lead List Management
You will also:
Upload CSV lead lists
Review imported leads
Check LinkedIn profiles
Remove duplicates
Assign correct categories
Tag leads correctly
4 — CRM Updates
Inside our Outreach OS:
You will:
Mark connection sent
Mark message sent
Log replies
Update lead status
Assign follow-up steps
Record booked calls
Accuracy matters here.
Daily Workflow Example
Typical workflow:
Log into assigned GoLogin profile
Open Outreach OS
Open Daily Queue
Send connection requests
Send follow-ups
Update lead status
Complete daily tasks

Requirements
Must have:
Strong written English
Attention to detail
Experience using LinkedIn professionally
Experience following structured workflows
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work consistently each day
Preferred:
LinkedIn outreach experience
CRM experience
Lead generation experience
Experience using browser profiles (GoLogin, Multilogin, etc.)
Experience working with UK-based businesses
Working Hours
Flexible, but preferred:
2 to 4 hours per day
Monday to Friday
Some overlap with UK timezone preferred
This role may expand to full-time.
Pay
Typical starting range:
$4 to $8 per hour depending on experience
Performance-based increases
Bonus potential based on output and accuracy
