Job Description:

Hi!

I’m looking for a reliable and proactive assistant to help me manage inbound LinkedIn conversations and support my consulting business helping pre-seed and seed-stage founders raise investment.

* Organising and tracking conversations
* Booking calls with qualified founders
* Updating simple lead trackers/spreadsheets
* Supporting with admin tasks
* Helping with content scheduling occasionally

You should also have a basic understanding of startups and fundraising.

You do NOT need to be an expert, but it’s important that you understand:

* What pre-seed and seed-stage startups are
* Basic startup terminology
* Why startups raise capital
* The difference between angels, VCs, and accelerators
* Founder and investor conversations

Experience working with startup founders, fundraising, investor outreach, venture capital, or startup ecosystems is a big plus.

I’m looking for someone who is:

* Responsive
* Comfortable chatting with people online
* Strong in written English
* Interested in startups/business

Training, systems, and SOPs will be provided.

The role starts part-time and can grow into a larger long-term opportunity.

To apply:

1. Send a short introduction about yourself
2. Share any relevant experience
3. Tell me your favourite productivity tool
4. Briefly explain what a pre-seed or seed-stage startup is in your own words
5. Include the word “ ---------- ntum” in your application so I know you read everything

Looking forward to meeting you!
