Link Building Outreach Manager (MailShake Experience Required)

We are a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a part-time Link Building Outreach Manager to join our growing and dynamic team.

You should be able to set up email outreach campaigns in MailShake, manage inboxes, come up with article ideas for guest posting, and meet link-building targets on time.


Qualifications:

- Superior command of the English language (both oral and written)
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with MailShake, keyword research, and SEO content writing are required.
- Knowledge of search engine behavior, SEO principles, and white hat link-building strategies is preferred but not required.

- Likes to learn about new ways of doing things, new technology, and the latest tools


Responsibilities:

- Upload personalized emails to MailShake, schedule them in batches, closely monitor client inboxes for replies, and follow up with non-replies
- Come up with article ideas for guest posting.
- Plan and execute cold outreach campaigns
- Work and coordinate with the SEO and Link Building team.
- Have the initiative to suggest and implement clever outreach decisions and strategies.
