JOB OVERVIEW

Enjoy doing a wide range of things? We have it! We run two different businesses, a short term rental, manage properties, are starting a podcast and have kids. We need help in many areas!
General Assistant – Research items to see how to accomplish different projects and get the best price on items needed for projects. For example, we need to research how to install pavers by ourselves. What are the steps, what does it take? Find a video, whitepaper, etc. that breaks it down and doesn’t take forever to read/watch. Make a list of items needed for the project. Also need to find polo shirts, sweatshirts, and other swag at the best price but highest quality. Provide us with a few options to look at. There will be other projects that pop up like this.
Personal Assistant – Go through recipes I have set aside to cook for the week, check our inventory list and go to various grocery store websites to find the lowest price for what we are missing and add it to my cart or make me a lit. Make appointments as needed.
Short Term Rental – Create a website for our rental with recommendations of what to do in the area, where to eat, fun things happening.
Podcast – Will be starting a podcast. It will be slow at first. Need a really great editor to put it all together so that it’s not choppy, rambling on and/or missing pieces.
Postcards – Starting a postcard campaign highlighting businesses. Design one or two concept postcards so we can go visit prospects and design the real one when a business agrees. There will be multiple reiterations of these cards as we go through the process.
Agent training – Take the video of the training sessions, edit it as needed and develop notes of key points from the training and slide decks so it is easier the next time we run through it.
Create Blog posts/SEO for website content on Real Estate.
Flyers for new listings we can send to an email list.
New business card design.
Work on database for our CRM. Take business cards, paperwork, notes, etc. and put it in the electronic CRM (I will scan to you).
Other little projects that come up like creating signs for events (8.5 x 11) and other marketing materials.
Create checklists for real estate transactions.
Would like to check in twice a week. Most of this can be done on your time zone not ours.
