We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support live sales calls in the life insurance industry. Responsibilities: listen to live calls, accurately capture applicant details, fill out applications during the call, and ensure compliance. Additional duties include calling back the insurance carrier with specific applicant data, checking on policy statuses, and verifying that policies are progressing smoothly in our centralized dashboard.
