Life Insurance Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

We are a growing U.S.-based life insurance agency looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to help our licensed agents book qualified appointments.

Responsibilities
Make ---------- outbound calls daily using our auto dialer
Contact warm and cold prospects
Qualify leads for life insurance products
Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
Update our CRM after every conversation
Handle objections professionally
Meet daily activity and appointment goals
Requirements

? Excellent spoken English

? Neutral American accent

? Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling experience

? Appointment setting or sales experience

? Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)

? Noise-canceling USB headset

? Quiet home office

? Ability to work U.S. Central Time (Monday–Friday)
