Legal and Compliance Advisor for Healthcare

We seek a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of healthcare law while ensuring our operations remain compliant with all relevant regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements and healthcare-related documentation. Advise on compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute. Monitor and interpret changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide strategic legal advice on business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions within the healthcare sector. Collaborate with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed. Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on healthcare law and regulatory compliance. Extensive knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.
