Legal Tech Automation Developer

About the Role: We're building AI-powered automation solutions for German law firms, focusing on document generation, contract automation, and workflow optimization. You'll work on multiple projects that require both technical expertise and understanding of GDPR/compliance requirements.

Example Projects:
-GDPR document generator (processing registries, deletion concepts, privacy policies) using Azure OpenAI
Automated contract creation and template systems
-Client intake workflows and document processing pipelines

Required Skills:
-Workflow Automation: n8n (self-hosted) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
-Backend Development: Python, Azure Functions, API integration
-Document Processing: python-docx, PDF manipulation, template engines
-AI Integration: Azure OpenAI API, LLM implementation

Nice to Have:
-Experience with legal tech or RegTech
-Azure/cloud infrastructure setup
-SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration
-TypeForm, webhook security, authentication systems

Key Requirements:
-All solutions must be DSGVO-compliant (no data used for AI training, EU data residency)
-Awareness of compliance requirements (GDPR, EU data residency, German attorney confidentiality § 203 StGB) and ability to build solutions that meet these standards. You will be instructed about the specific requirements - the key thing is bringing awareness to the table, that this is not like “some Marketing Automations for Agencies” - we are working with law firms that have to comply with several compliance rules
-Clean, maintainable code with documentation

Project Structure:
-Per-project contracts (20-80 hours per project)
