About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Project Manager / Process Engineer obsessed with speed, flow, and precision. Your job is to make sure every case moves from intake to resolution like clockwork—with zero bottlenecks and maximum predictability. You’ll be the architect of our operational “assembly line,” combining Lean principles, project management discipline, and legal process insight.
Key Responsibilities
Map & Optimize the Lifecycle: Lead ? Retainer ? Complaint ? Discovery ? Resolution. Identify cycle times, handoffs, bottlenecks; redesign processes for smooth flow.
Measure What Matters: Track KPIs (cycle time, throughput, WIP, backlog). Build dashboards and report weekly.
Enforce Standards & SOPs: Document playbooks, ensure handoffs are fast and predictable, train the team.
Tech + Automation: Work with automation tools (CRM, case management, Airtable, integrations) to push cases forward automatically.
Continuous Improvement: Run cycles to shrink delays, refine workflows, and build a “faster and smoother” culture.
What Success Looks Like
Cycle times between major case stages cut by 50%+ within 6–12 months.
Bottlenecks eliminated proactively.
Tea

You Are
A process geek who sees systems everywhere.
Certified or experienced in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMP/Agile).
Skilled in legal ops or complex professional services.
Obsessed with metrics, dashboards, and fixing flows in real time.
Comfortable with workflow software and coaching people.
