We’re hiring a reliable VA with real US long-term rental (LTR) leasing/property management experience. You’ll run lease-up and keep PM ops moving (maintenance coordination, rent follow-ups, turnovers) using RentRedi + simple trackers.
Portfolio includes 2 mid-term rentals (average stays ~2 months). STR is used only to fill vacancies (not full-time hosting).
PAY / STARTING RATE
- If you already have the skills to run lease-up + rental ops with minimal training: PHP 22,000–30,000/month
- If significant training is required: PHP 18,000/month for the first 30 days, then moves into the PHP 22,000–30,000 range based on performance
No bookkeeping. No QuickBooks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lease-up: inquiries -> showings -> applications -> screening -> lease signing -> move-in
- Rental ops: maintenance coordination + rent follow-ups + turnovers
- Keep trackers updated daily (portal-first communication)
MTR/STR (Light Support – When Needed)
- Template-based guest messages (pre-arrival/check-in/checkout)
- Turnover coordination (cleaner scheduling + checklist + photos)
- Escalate urgent issues to the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Philippines-based
- Proven US LTR leasing/rental ops experience (Airbnb-only is not enough)
- Strong written + spoken English (video required)
- Reliable internet + backup connection
- Comfortable with a 5-minute live call for finalists
Voice + Work-from-Home Experience (Non-negotiable)
- At least 12 months BPO/call center experience OR 12 months voice-heavy customer support experience (inbound/outbound calls)
- At least 6–12 months work-from-home experience with a proven stable setup
- Backup internet required (pocket Wi-Fi or second ISP)
- Quiet workspace + headset
Not a fit if: first-time work-from-home VA, Airbnb-only experience, or no backup internet.
