Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Leasing Officer to join our growing team. In this remote position, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our property portfolio.
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you’ll assist in lease coordination, tenant communication, and marketing properties, all while collaborating with our dynamic, online team from the comfort of your home.


Role and Responsibilities
1. Property Marketing & Advertising
Create and manage property listings on Trade Me and other platforms
Coordinate and organize property photos
Promote listings through social media channels, including Facebook
Prepare accurate and compelling rental appraisals to support marketing efforts
Creating a rental appraisal to be able to price the property


2. Tenant Communication & Screening
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and provide listing information
Conduct thorough background, credit, and reference checks on applicants
Draft and arrange tenancy , put 5 apply points, agreements in compliance with relevant legislation
Manage the offer process for successful applicants


3. Viewing & Timeline Coordination
Schedule and organize property viewings with prospective tenants
Communicate and liaise with inspection officers as needed
Ensure all viewing appointments are timely and professionally coordinated


4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure smooth leasing operations
Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal tea ---------- mbers
Managing price drops and re-engagement of the listing


Skills and Qualifications
Experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is highly desirable
Marketing experience regarding real estate is highly desirable
Experience communicating with international clients is highly desirable
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for property marketing, communication, and workflow management
