About Us

Unity Cleaning Co. is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Philadelphia, Camden, and Wilmington. We help offices, medical facilities, property managers, and small businesses maintain clean, professional spaces. We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to generate leads, conduct cold calls, perform follow-ups, and help grow our client base.

Responsibilities

* Conduct lead generation and prospect research
* Make outbound cold calls to businesses daily
* Follow up with prospects via phone and email
* Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
* Schedule appointments and estimate calls
* Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect lists
* Track and report daily KPIs
* Provide end-of-day activity reports

Daily KPIs

* 50+ outbound calls per day
* 20+ follow-up calls per day
* 20+ follow-up emails per day
* Qualified leads generated
* Appointments booked
* Decision-maker contacts obtained

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
* Fluent English with a neutral or American-sounding accent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Experience with B2B outreach
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Organized and detail-oriented
