Trakyo is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps YouTubers, coaches, and online creators track exactly where their revenue comes from, including clicks, booked calls, form submissions, and sales from YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
We partner with creators and agencies who want to understand their data and scale their business smarter.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistant to help us scrape new leads, organize them in Pipedrive, and fully manage our lead pipeline.
???? Your Responsibilities
Scrape new leads (YouTubers, creators, agencies) who fit our target market, creators selling online programs, courses, or digital products.
Add leads into Pipedrive with full details: name, contact info, YouTube link, niche, estimated revenue, followers, etc.
Assign leads to the correct pipeline and tea
Create follow-up tasks and due dates for every lead in Pipedrive.
Move leads between pipeline stages (New ? Contacted ? Demo Booked ? Closed).
Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date daily — no duplicates or missing info.
Tag and categorize leads properly for future campaigns.
Identify potential partners or high-value prospects for the sales team.
?? Tools You’ll Be Using
Pipedrive CRM (required experience)
YouTube, Google Sheets, LinkedIn
Lead scraping tools (Phantombuster,
Slack or Notion for communication and task tracking
? You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 1+ year of experience using Pipedrive or another CRM.
Have proven experience in lead scraping or prospecting.
Are extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Can follow systems and suggest improvements when needed.
Communicate clearly in English (written & spoken).
Can work independently without constant supervision.
Bonus: Familiar with YouTube, the creator economy, or online coaching.
