Lead Scraping + Appointment Setter (Project-Based, Remote)

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to support us in a lead scraping and outreach project for the month of May. This is a short-term gig (approximately 20 hours total) with the potential for ongoing, full-time work based on performance.

What You’ll Do This Month (May Project):

Lead Scraping

Scrape 6,000 phone numbers across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Use tools like SalesQL, IG Growman, and YouTube search

Follow our keyword and hashtag lists to extract targeted leads

Export CSVs using our naming conventions (example: Instagram_Growman_5.3.25)

Store all files in the designated shared folder

Appointment Setting

Follow our Google Voice outreach system

Send outreach messages from multiple accounts using our scripts and calendar

Help book calls from the leads you scrape

Time Commitment and Pay

Approximately 20 hours of work in May

Fixed rate: $100 for the full project

Potential for full-time work starting in June based on performance

You’re a Good Fit If You:

Have experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube scraping tools

Can follow detailed instructions and naming conventions precisely

Are comfortable sending outreach messages and handling basic replies

Communicate clearly and work independently

Have a stable internet connection and your own computer
