Lead No-Code/Low-Code Developer (Construction Tech & AI)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-velocity developer to build the MVP of an AI-driven construction management platform. You will be responsible for turning Figma designs into a functional, mobile-first application that handles multilingual chat and complex estimating logic. Integrate advanced AI models for blueprint analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
App Construction: Build and maintain the front-end and back-end of the application using FlutterFlow or ---------- .
AI Integration: Connect the app to OpenAI (GPT-4o Vision) to allow users to "read" blueprints and DeepL API for real-time translation.
Custom Estimator Logic: Build the "Math Engine" that allows users to input custom dimensions and materials to generate instant pricing.
Database Management: Set up and manage Firebase for real-time messaging and secure document storage.
Workflow Automation: Use ---------- or Zapier to connect the app to external tools like QuickBooks for invoicing.
Technical Requirements:
Expertise in FlutterFlow/Bubble: Must have at least 2+ published apps in their portfolio.

Offline-First Thinking: Knowledge of how to cache data so contractors can use the app in areas with poor 5G/Wi-Fi.
