Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generator & Cold Caller to help grow our client base. Your main role will be to generate qualified leads and convert them into booked appointments through outbound calls and messaging.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (US-based leads)
Generate and qualify leads for credit repair services
Follow scripts and handle objections professionally
Set appointments for sales team
Send follow-up messages via SMS, email, or CRM
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred)
Experience in credit repair or financial services (a plus)
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Strong internet connection and quiet workspace
Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel is a plus)
Compensation:
Base pay + performance bonuses
Commission per qualified lead or closed deal
