JOB OVERVIEW

The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in identifying qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales or strategy team. You will work closely with the team to implement outbound and inbound lead generation tactics, maintain our CRM, and ensure a seamless client booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to build prospect lists
- Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, or social media
- Qualify prospects based on ideal customer criteria
- Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of the sales team
- Manage and update CRM tools and follow-up sequences
- Respond to initial client inquiries and route accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Calendly, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Self-motivated, responsive, and results-driven

Bonus: Experience with Creative Agencies or B2B sales support
