Probation Period: Base Pay
After Probationary Period Months : Base Pay + Commission + Growth Opportunity



We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our growing Remote sales team, focused primarily on Medical Supplies business.

This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a real future in sales. You will start by supporting lead generation, prospect research, lead organization, and follow-up coordination. As you gain experience, improve your communication, and prove your performance, you will be trained in Appointment Setting and may eventually grow into a Closer role.

This is not just a basic lead generation position. It is a long-term opportunity for someone who is coachable, organized, strong in English, and serious about growing in sales and making money for themselves.

Growth Path

This role is designed to develop over time:

Stage 1: Lead generation / Appointment Setter

Stage 2: Pitching Sales

Stage 3: Closer

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn step by step and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:
Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers
Generate high-quality leads using online tools, databases, and research methods
Build and maintain accurate lead lists and CRM records
Identify natural prospects that match our target customer profile
Work closely with the sales team to deliver qualified leads
Maintain consistent daily lead generation targets
Helping maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline
Supporting appointment-setting efforts as training progresses

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

Preferred but Not Required

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong communication and reporting skills
Experience in lead generation
Experience in inside sales
Experience in appointment setting
Experience in B2B sales
Background in healthcare. Medical Devices would be considered an asset.
Home Office Requirements:

Late model computer
High Speed Internet
Noise cancelling headsets
Quite place to work from with no background noises.
** You will be required to use screen tracking software


Compensation

Probation Period: Base Pay 27,000-32,000 PHP

After Probationary Period (3 Months) : Base Pay + Commission/Bonuses + Performance – Based Growth Opportunity
