About Taft Systems
Taft Systems is a US-based company that provides white-label HighLevel support and fulfillment to marketing agencies. We work exclusively with HL agency owners — and we're looking for someone to help us find more of them. This is a prospecting and outreach role with real earning potential beyond your base pay. We are hiring for multiple shifts and are looking for the right people for each one.
What You'll Do
Your job is to find marketing agency owners who use HighLevel, get their contact information, and initiate the first touchpoint that starts a conversation with them. You are not closing deals — you are filling the pipeline. Every qualified call you book and every client who signs puts more money in your pocket. Search
Prospect through the HighLevel marketplace directory and reach out to listed agencies
Find leads through Google searches, Google My Business listings, and agency websites
Log every prospect with full details in our CRM — name, agency,
Send initial outreach messages to warm and cold prospects using approved templates
Book discovery calls directly onto the calendar for our sales team
Submit a daily scorecard at the end of every shift — prospects identified, outreach messages sent, responses received, and calls booked
Communicate with the team through our shared team channel — no daily Zoom required for this role
What We're Looking For
Comfortable doing repetitive research and outreach without losing attention to detail
Strong written English — your outreach messages represent our company
Organized and consistent — lead gen only works if you show up and do the volume every day
Familiar with
Experience with lead generation, outreach, or sales development preferred
Basic CRM experience helpful
Reliable internet connection required
Available Shifts (US Eastern Time)
We are hiring one person per shift. In your application, tell us which shift you are available for.
Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM ET
Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET
Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET
All shifts are 4 hours per day. Daily scorecard submission at the end of your shift is required.
Compensation
Base pay: $4.00/hour.
Commission on top of base:
$5 per qualified discovery call booked — the prospect must show up to the call for this to count
$30 per client who signs a contract that originated from your outreach
