Lead Generation (LinkedIn) & Virtual Assistant / Researcher

Pay: $400–$500 USD/month
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours/day (Philippines daytime working hours)
Trial: Final candidates will complete a trial period to confirm fit.


About the Role
We’re hiring a reliable, capable, and detail-oriented Lead Research & Virtual Assistant/Researcher to work directly with the founder in a startup. You’ll work in various professional industries (finance, healthcare, sales) and develop valuable skills in research, communication, and operations. Your initial focus is lead research and general research. You may be required to help with outreach support, scheduling, emails, and CRM updates.

This role includes both repeatable processes and ambiguous tasks. You must be able to follow instructions precisely and solve problems independently when requirements are not fully defined.


Responsibilities
• Build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other methods of online research
• Identify leads based on criteria we provide
• Complete ad hoc research or other projects
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars and emails
• General VA tasks: research, organization, documentation, admin support, and other tasks


Requirements
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Honest, Reliable, and Consistent
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Proficient with ChatGPT or other AI/LLM
• Prior Virtual Assistant experience


Bonus
• Advanced ChatGPT or other AI (prompt engineering)
• Boolean/keyword search
• CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
