Lead Generation Data Operations Specialist (Apify/CSV)

Overview
We are a B2B lead generation and RevOps company looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to support our campaigns. This role is focused on downloading, cleaning, and quality-checking data from sources like Apify actors and preparing lead lists for outreach. You’ll be working closely with our team to ensure we always have accurate, usable data that meets campaign requirements.

Responsibilities

Download data from Apify actors and other scraping tools.

Ask clarifying questions before pulling data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Perform quality checks on datasets before delivery (e.g., duplicates, formatting).

Merge, clean, and structure CSVs using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, filters, deduplication).

Support lead generation workflows by preparing contact lists that match targeting criteria.

Follow detailed step-by-step instructions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

Strong experience working with CSVs, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Apify or similar scraping/data collection tools.

Basic knowledge of lead generation (understanding of company/decision-maker data).

Ability to follow directions carefully and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Clay, N8n, or other data automation tools.

Prior work in B2B lead generation campaigns.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
