JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: 20–25 hours per week (with potential to increase)
Pay: $4–$6/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
Location: Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Operations Specialist to support and help drive our outbound marketing efforts.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked with lead generation and outreach processes before and can take ownership of tasks, work independently, and proactively manage workflows with minimal supervision.

You will play a critical role in our client acquisition engine by managing lead data, preparing campaigns, and keeping systems organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Data Management

Research and source leads based on defined target criteria
Enrich lead data (company information, LinkedIn profiles, personalization variables)
Clean, format, and organize spreadsheets and databases
Remove duplicates, incorrect data, and irrelevant records
Verify and validate email addresses using tools
Maintain high data accuracy standards
Campaign Operations Support
Upload and manage leads inside cold email platforms
Assign campaigns and sending accounts properly
Schedule campaigns and monitor status
Identify and report any issues proactively
Inbox & CRM Management
Check inboxes daily for replies
Tag and categorize responses appropriately
Flag interested prospects for the sales team
Update CRM or tracking systems
Remove unsubscribes, bounces, and invalid contacts
Operations & Process Improvement
Maintain organized databases and documentation
Follow SOPs and workflows consistently
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Take initiative when problems arise instead of waiting for instructions

Experience with any of the following tools is highly preferred:
Instantly
Smartlead
Apollo
Clay
Lemlist

Google Sheets / Excel
CRM systems
Cold email workflows

Requirements
Prior experience with lead generation, data research, or outreach operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Reliable internet connection
Good written English
Organized and process-driven mindset
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and software tools
Willingness to learn new systems quickly
