Lead Generation & Client Outreach Assistant for AI Software Company

Danari Labs is an AI software and web development company based in Los Angeles. We build AI-powered software products, web platforms, automation tools, and custom digital solutions for startups and growing businesses.

We are looking for a reliable and professional remote team member to help with lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and basic business development support.

This role is focused on finding potential clients, starting professional conversations, keeping track of leads, and helping our team build new business relationships. Our engineering team handles the technical work, including coding, architecture, AI development, and product delivery.

Main responsibilities:

Research potential clients, startups, founders, and small businesses
Help with outreach messages and follow-ups
Keep lead information organized in Google Sheets or simple CRM tools
Communicate professionally and politely with potential clients
Help schedule calls or pass interested leads to our team
Support long-term relationship building with prospects

Requirements:

Strong written English communication
Reliable, honest, and consistent
Comfortable researching companies and people online
Comfortable sending polite professional outreach messages
Organized with lead tracking and follow-ups
Experience in lead generation, sales support, customer support, virtual assistance, or business development is a plus
No coding experience required
