Lead Development & Appointment Setter (Remote – Full Time)
About Us
DLM Installations is a growing commercial technology and security company serving businesses throughout Ohio. We design and install access control systems, security cameras, networking, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and related technology solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Development Specialist who can identify potential customers, perform outreach, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
* Research and build targeted prospect lists
* Identify decision makers at businesses
* Find contact information including
* Perform cold
* Perform LinkedIn outreach
* Follow up with warm leads
* Manage CRM records and update prospect information
* Schedule appointments and site surveys for our sales team
* Track outreach activity and results
* Assist with proposal follow-up campaigns
* Help build prospect lists for dealerships, property managers, churches, schools, healthcare facilities, retail chains, and commercial businesses
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Previous B2B lead generation experience
* Comfortable with cold outreach
* Strong internet research skills
* Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
* Organized and detail oriented
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Professional and confident when communicating with prospects
