Enki is building the Bloomberg + Palantir for the Energy Transition.
We capture global commercial signals such as pilots, partnerships, filings, investments, and policies, and turn them into analyst-grade insights for strategy, product, and R&D teams.

Our intelligence engine is LLM powered, API first, and PLG driven.
We are scaling fast and looking for a Lead Developer who can bridge AI integration and application delivery while mentoring others and shaping our technical foundation.

Core Responsibilities

LLM Integration

Design and implement structured prompt pipelines such as SWOTs, M&A comparisons, and policy scans.

Build retrieval-augmented generation workflows using vector databases and Elasticsearch.

Implement validation, retries, and caching for reliable AI outputs.

Backend Development

Build and maintain LLM-driven REST and JSON APIs with Node.js and Python microservices.

Manage async AI jobs using task queues such as Celery or BullMQ.

Handle authentication, subscriptions, and user tiers.

Integrate Stripe for billing and usage-based pricing.

Frontend Development

Build React and Next.js dashboards with charts, tables, and export tools.

Deliver analyst-grade visuals using Chart.js or Recharts.

Data Layer

Work across MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and vector databases for semantic retrieval.

Ensure fast search, reliable storage, and scalable data pipelines.

Nice to Have or Willing to Learn

WordPress and Publishing Automation

Connect LLM pipelines to the WordPress REST API to auto-generate article drafts.

Auto-fill SEO metadata, tags, internal links, and FAQ schema.

Build Generate ? Preview ? Publish workflows with human review.

Integrate Google Search Console and GA4 data for SEO feedback loops.

Automation and Productivity Tools

Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make for workflow automation.

Ability to connect AI outputs into marketing automations such as email, HubSpot CRM, and lead scoring.

Familiarity with analytics integrations such as GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.

AI Coding Assistants

Comfortable using or willing to learn Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar AI pair-programming tools.

Ability to write, debug, and optimize faster with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Node.js, Express or NestJS, Python (FastAPI or Flask), and React or Next.js.

Database fluency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and vector databases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, or FAISS.

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering.

Cloud experience with AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker or Kubernetes.

Bonus: Familiarity with the WordPress REST API, SEO automation, and AI coding assistants.
